Remember Me Gone is a twisty thriller that REQUIRES a moody playlist to go along with it. So, we asked author Stacy Stokes for her go-to playlist for Lucy Miller’s story, and she delivered!
Hi! I’m Stacy Stokes, author of REMEMBER ME GONE, a twisty speculative thriller that will keep you guessing. In it, Lucy Miller’s family runs The Memory House in Tumble Tree, Texas, where people travel from all over to have their unwanted memories erased. Lucy dreams of one day taking over the family business and removing people’s heartaches just like her father. But when she uncovers a sinister plot that involves her dad and the family business, she begins to question everything she thought she knew about her life, family and the small town she grew up in.
Like the novel, this playlist is a little bit twisty with a mix of highs, lows and a few classics. The classics—some Fleetwood Mac and Cream to name a few—were inspired by Lucy’s mother who has a big presence in the book despite the hole her absence has left in Lucy’s life. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed putting this playlist together!
