November 18th, aka start of the Fall Into Fantasy Readathon, is just around the corner! Can you read 8 books in 8 days?
More importantly, do you feel readathon-ready?

1. Emergency snack pile
We’d recommend you find a nice healthy snack like carrots for your readathon prep, but we all know this pile will end up consisting of a granola bar and leftover Halloween candy you’ve been hoarding in the cabinet.
2. Tea
This is just a necessity. Need we say more?
3. Roll of paper towels for when you spill the tea
You never know when that plot twist is gonna startle you just a little too much.
4. Coffee (because you’re secretly a coffee drinker too)
Or some other version of caffeine in a cup.
5. Warm blanket
(Because it’s cold outside and you value The Cozy Feels)
6. Headphones
So everyone around you gets the SHH I’M READING message.
7. Claim a comfy chair.
That is home now.
8. Phone charger.
Make sure to turn notifications on for PenguinTeen! There’ll be Instagram and Twitter check-ins!
9. A cool bookmark
So you don’t start using obscure things like granola bar wrappers to hold your place.
10. Tissues
In case one of your reads kicks you too hard in the feels.
Here’s the shorter, admittedly less excessive checklist:
